By accessing and using the "Podcasting for Self-Expression" Course ("Course"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Course. The materials contained in this Course are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials, and only you (the participant) are permitted to view/access the recording on the Course’s website or that you receive via email for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials.

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial).

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Course’s website.

• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

• Transfer or share the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Lauren LoGrasso Productions LLC at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials and participation in the class or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic, video or printed format.

The materials on the Course’s website are provided 'as is'. Lauren LoGrasso Productions LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Lauren LoGrasso Productions LLC does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

"Podcasting for Self-Expression" is conducted as a live class held on Saturdays from 11am to 1pm PT. The course is for educational and self-expression purposes only. All information and guidance provided in the course do not constitute or substitute for legal, psychological, financial, medical, or business advice. Lauren LoGrasso Productions LLC claims no responsibility whatsoever to any person or entity for any liability, loss, or damage caused, or alleged to be caused, both directly and indirectly, as a result of participating in this course. All classes are non-refundable.

Mental health disclaimer: You agree and acknowledge that Lauren LoGrasso Productions LLC is not providing health care, medical or therapy services, or attempting to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any physical, mental or emotional issue, disease or condition. If you have a pre-existing mental health condition and start to experience signs or symptoms of mental illness, do not participate in the course without supervision of a mental health professional.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Lauren LoGrasso Productions LLC be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Course’s website, even if Lauren LoGrasso Productions LLC or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

 

5.Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the Course’s website and live course on Zoom may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Lauren LoGrasso Productions LLC does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Lauren LoGrasso Productions LLC may make changes to the materials contained or in the course on its website at any time without notice. Lauren LoGrasso Productions LLC does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Lauren LoGrasso Productions LLC has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Lauren LoGrasso Productions LLC of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Site Terms of Use Modifications

Lauren LoGrasso Productions LLC may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the Course’s website shall be governed by the laws of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Payment Plans

If a monthly payment defaults, your access to the live weekly class will be suspended until the payment has been made. Several automatic attempts will be made to secure payment through your chosen payment method. If these attempts are unsuccessful, you will need to restart the payment plan. If you are unable to restart a payment plan, a $50.00 late payment fee will be applied to your balance. Your account will be reinstated after confirmation of payment and the late payment fee.

Unsuccessful payment will result in your class access being suspended. As an inactive student, you will not have access to the live classes or recordings. These will be reinstated when the outstanding amount and any late fees due have been paid.

 

Legal action will be taken if the outstanding balance isn't paid.

If a payment is declined, this may have been caused by your bank or credit card company. We do not have access to your banking information and are unable to see why the payment was declined. Please contact your bank or credit card company for more information.
